This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a Loudness.ai paid plan.
Who sells the plans
Loudness.ai is run by Asad Shehzad, trading as Loudness.ai. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, taxes and refunds.
14-day refund window
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal. After 14 days, payments are not refundable unless the law requires it.
Full refunds
You get a full refund if you used little or none of your paid plan since that payment. You also get a full refund if a paid feature did not work and we could not fix it.
Heavy use
Paid processing takes a lot of server time, most of all in tools like Vocal Remover, Stem Splitter, Audio Enhancer, Echo Remover and Voice Cloner. If you used a large part of your plan before you ask, we may refund only the part you did not use. We may also refuse the refund.
Abuse and fraud
We refuse refunds when there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or a breach of our Terms of Use. Refund abuse includes buying a plan again and again to use it and then ask for the money back.
How we decide
We look at how much of the plan you used since the payment, the reason for your request and any technical problem. Paddle sends approved refunds.
How to ask for a refund
Find your order at paddle.net with the email address you paid with, and request a refund there. You can also email asad@loudness.ai with your order number, and we will ask Paddle to refund you.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
After a refund
A refunded plan ends when the refund is made. Your account then returns to the free plan and its limits.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
