Who may use the service
You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
Using the tools
You may use Loudness.ai for lawful audio work. The tools can clean, master, split, reverse, generate, and analyze audio.
Your uploads
You keep ownership of the audio, text, and other material you submit. You give Loudness.ai permission to process that material only to provide the result you request and operate the service.
Rights and permission
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for all rights linked to your content. These include copyright, privacy, publicity, and performance rights.
Voice cloning consent
Only clone your own voice or a voice you have clear permission to use. Do not impersonate a person, mislead others, commit fraud, harass someone, or create unlawful deceptive audio.
Prohibited use
Do not use Loudness.ai for illegal or abusive content. Do not upload malware, violate rights, attack the service, scrape it with automated tools, or bypass security controls.
Your results
You may use a result when the law and the rights in the source material allow it. Different users may receive similar results. Check that each result fits your intended use.
Loudness.ai content
The website design, brand, copy, software, and other service materials belong to Loudness.ai or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Service changes
We may change, limit, pause, or stop a feature. We may do this to protect the service, follow the law, or maintain quality.
Service availability
Results depend on the source recording and tool you choose. We do not promise that every result will be error-free or right for every use.
Responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Loudness.ai is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending access
We may block access if you break these terms, abuse the service, or create a security or legal risk.
