Uploaded audio is used only to provide the requested result. It is not placed in a public library, sold, or used to train audio or voice models.

Audio, working files, and generated results are normally removed after processing or a short delivery period. Security records are kept only as long as needed to protect the service. Contact messages may be kept while we handle the request and meet legal needs.

Service measurements

We keep limited records of tool completions, errors, processing times, and download clicks for up to 90 days to improve the service. These records do not include your recordings, file names, or voice text.

Loudness.ai uses security cookies to protect uploads. The site also stores short-lived job details in your browser so the tool can work during your visit. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send your uploaded recordings or text entered for voice generation to Google Analytics.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, and account identifier with Loudness.ai. We use these details to sign you in and manage your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

Sign-in cookies and codes

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out ends the current session. Email sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. We keep limited, temporary security records to prevent misuse.
