Information you provide
You may provide audio files, file names, selected tool settings, contact details, email messages, and issue descriptions. Do not upload files you do not own or do not have permission to process.
How uploads are used
Uploaded audio is used for the selected workflow, such as mastering, reversing, BPM detection, genre analysis, or another tool-specific result. Loudness.ai is not a public hosting service for uploaded audio.
Retention and cleanup
Public API-backed tools are designed for temporary processing. The server can write uploads and intermediate outputs to a private temporary workspace while the job runs, then removes that workspace after delivery or failure.
Cookies and local identifiers
Loudness.ai may set a secure first-party device cookie for upload admission, abuse prevention, rate limits, and queue protection. The site may also use normal browser storage or object URLs to support previews during the session.
How data is shared
Audio and technical data may be processed by Loudness.ai servers and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site. Loudness.ai does not sell uploaded audio or use it as a public audio library.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and limits public upload flows with file type, size, duration, quota, and job-token checks. No online service can promise perfect security, so avoid uploading sensitive audio unless you are comfortable processing it through an online tool.
Children
Loudness.ai is not directed to children. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information, contact contact@loudness.ai.
Your choices
You can choose not to upload a file, avoid sending optional contact details, clear cookies in your browser, or contact Loudness.ai to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information tied to a support request or upload issue.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions, correction requests, deletion requests, or concerns about uploaded files, email contact@loudness.ai with the tool name, approximate time of use, and any details needed to locate the issue.
